Overview - UK Visa Sponsorship License

To employ migrant workers from outside the UK, including EEA nationals coming to the UK for work related purposes, post-Brexit, you will need to secure a Sponsor Licence. Any genuine and actively trading business based in the UK may potentially be eligible for a Sponsor Licence, subject to meeting the qualifying criteria and providing the necessary paperwork.

A minimum of 4 documents relating to the company's organization and business activities will be required to make a valid application. These can include the latest set of accounts, bank statements, corporation tax documentation. The size of your company and the nature of business will dictate the full list of documents you should provide in support of your application.

Application fee:
£536 for small and charitable companies
£1,476 for medium and large organizations

Processing times

Normally, it can take up to 8 weeks for the Home Office to process an application. For an additional fee of £500, you may be able to purchase a priority service, reducing the processing times down to 10 working days.
